Red Snapper Fish

The fish can be substituted with other white and flaky fish. The Mediterranean region has an abundance of Red Snapper and other seafood delicacies. The fish is baked with traditional Lebanese flavors, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil.



2.5 lb of red snapper filets

1/4 tsp of cumin

1/4 tsp of black pepper

1 tsp of salt

3 tbsp of olive oil

1 lemon


5 garlic cloves

1/4 tsp of salt

1/4 of lemon juice

3 tbsp of olive oil

Handful of chopped parsley



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  2. Lay fish on a baking pan with parchment paper and non stick oil.

  3. Mix salt, pepper, and cumin. Then sprinkle on both sides on the fish.

  4. Pour olive oil on both sides on the fish.

  5. Slice the lemon and place on fish.

  6. Bake for 20 min at 350 degrees F.


  1. Mince or press garlic

  2. Add salt, lemon juice, olive oil, and parsley to the garlic. Enjoy!
