Perfect for breakfast, as a snack, or dessert! I enjoy this treat almost every day, and it is very filling. When I visited Lebanon in the summer, I would enjoy going to my grandparents' garden, where they grew blackberries and strawberries. The berries were so delicious and fresh. I would pick them in the morning and bring them inside to enjoy with my yogurt or on their own.
Ingredients: 1 cup of Greek yogurt
1/4 cup of granola
1-2 tsp of agave nectar
1-2 tsp of cacao nibs
1-2 tsp of chia seeds
1 tsp of peanut butter
4-5 medium strawberries
A handful of blackberries
Scoop Greek yogurt into a bowl.
Rinse strawberries and blackberries. Place blackberries on top of the yogurt. Cut strawberries in half or in fourths and place on top of the yogurt.
Add peanut butter, granola, cacao nibs, and chia seeds on top.
Drizzle agave nectar on top of the yogurt and enjoy!
