Garlic Potatoes

Delicious, savory, and nutty bite! This recipe is perfect on its own or with any dish.


Ingredients

1.5 lb of small potatoes

4 garlic cloves

2 teaspoons of chopped rosemary leaves

2 teaspoons of thyme

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F

  2. Rinse and cut potatoes in half.

  3. Mince garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Then combine ingredients.

  4. Add olive oil and salt to the garlic, thyme, and rosemary mixture

  5. Pour mixture on top of potatoes and mix

  6. Add potatoes onto the pan and bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees F. Enjoy!
