Ingredients:
1 large red onion
4 large zucchinis, sliced into half circles
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
A sprinkle of dried herbs (I used oregano and dried parsley, but you should use an herb that pairs with the main dish)
A sprinkle of spice, such as 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper or if you don't want it to be spicy use paprika instead
Salt and pepper to taste
